Arko

Terms and Conditions

effective 22 September 2026

Agreement

These terms are between you and Zo Apps ("we") and cover the Arko iOS app and the Arko website (together, "Arko"). By installing or using Arko you agree to them. The app is distributed through the App Store, so Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two conflict, Apple's terms take precedence for the App Store copy.

What Arko is

Arko is a personal habit tracker. You create habits, schedule them on weekdays, mark them complete, and optionally sync them between your devices through your own iCloud account. The website shows the same habits in a read-only view after you sign in with your Apple Account. Arko is free and has no in-app purchases.

Your data

Your habits are yours. Arko stores them on your device and, if you enable sync, in your private iCloud database; we never receive them. How this works is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple Account secure, and for any backups you want beyond what iCloud provides.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the website to access an iCloud account that is not yours
  • interfere with, overload, or probe the website or Apple's services through it
  • copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute Arko except as permitted by law
  • use Arko for anything unlawful

Availability and changes

Sync and sign-in depend on Apple's iCloud services and your Apple Account, which we do not control. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Arko, including the website, at any time. We will try to give notice of significant changes but are not obliged to.

No warranty

Arko is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Arko is a productivity tool, not medical, health, or professional advice; decisions you make based on it are your own.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zo Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use Arko. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Intellectual property

Arko, its name, logo, and design are owned by Zo Apps. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Arko; they do not transfer any ownership.

Ending

You can stop using Arko at any time by deleting the app and, if you wish, removing its data from iCloud. We may end your access to the website if you break these terms.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date; continuing to use Arko after that means you accept the change. Questions go to support@zoapps.club.
